For the smooth service of our clients, please note that for individual sessions, we remind you of your appointment 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel your scheduled appointment on the same day, you will be charged 50% of its value.
Specifically for body treatment programs, the following apply:
- Packages are prepaid in groups of 8, 10, or 12 sessions.
- "In each package of 8 or 10 visits, you may reschedule 1 appointment.
- In the case of 12 visits, you may reschedule 2 appointments.
- In case of additional changes, the prepaid appointments are not replaced.
